Use a darker color on the outside to act as a lip liner to brings out the main lip color. Make sure to blend! Keep the eyes natural but bright with a bright blue eyeliner.
A bright colored eyeshadow on the eyelids and a darker colored eyeshadow rimmed on the bottom lash line. The lips should be nude or match the darker shade.
Two shadows on the same eye, make sure the darker color is on the outside. Since the eyeshadow is shimmery, keep the lips matte.
The eyeshadow color shouldn't be too far from your skin tone and the lipstick color should be in between a nude and a bright.
